Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a good size and clean, but unfortunately, mine was right next to the noisy ice machine, making it hard to sleep. The smell of the room was unpleasant, a mix of piss and cigarette smoke. Dealing with the lady at the front desk was not the best experience, as I had to be assertive to get my room changed.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were decent, although some areas were a bit moldy and dirty. I could still hear some noise, but it wasn't too bad. The service was helpful with directions, but it was a bit hard to get a hold of them when needed. The location was good overall, not too far from local attractions, but being right next to the freeway made it a bit noisy. The dining was simple, with just coffee and packaged pastries. However, the price was reasonable, considering the value for money.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms, which were nicer than I expected considering the hotel's exterior and location. However, being right next to the ice machine down the hall was a bit inconvenient, and the drippy tub faucet was a small annoyance. The service staff were all friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to find the receptionist for questions or getting a towel. The location, despite being very quiet, was a bit of a letdown due to the industrial area feeling a bit dingy and unsafe; however, there were some positives like good Mexican food nearby and a wonderful hike overlooking the Bay Area. The dining experience was okay to get your morning started, even though it was just a cup of coffee and a nutrigrain bar and not a full breakfast. The facilities were adequate, though nothing exceptional stood out.
